El problema arranca con la poca predisposición que tenemos para escuchar. El día que cierren un poco la boca, que dejen de gritar, pelear, de matarse por imponer sus opiniones, sus ideas sobre la de los demás, y quieran realmente entender al otro, va a ser todo un toque más fácil (supongo).
